With a background in strategic advisory, operations and organizational design, he brings both sharp thinking and grounded pragmatism to how GxSpeed scales speed and alignment for complex, high-stakes environments.
Known for solving multiple problems with one well-placed solution, Josh approaches every challenge with practicality - keeping a sharp sense of what matters and what doesn't. He leads GxSpeed's vision, positioning, and strategic direction, ensuring that what we build isn't just fast, but fit for purpose.

Chief Product & Compliance Officer / Founder
Known for his love of complexity and clever design, Subbu leads the design and evolution of GxSpeed's product architecture, bringing deep expertise across cybersecurity, compliance, system validation and IT organizational design. With decades of experience in technology and life sciences, he builds products that are designed for both speed and meet the highest regulatory standards .

Kelly Protasewich
Head of Operations
Kelly brings clarity, focus, and a deep sense of practicality to how companies scale. At GxSpeed, she supports early-stage and high-growth teams in building operational foundations that are lean, effective, and designed to grow with purpose.
She’s especially skilled at helping teams move fast without relying on traditional playbooks—guiding them to scale intelligently, without unnecessary overhead or complexity. With experience across investor relations, people operations, finance/accounting and organizational development, Kelly knows how to design systems that not only work, but last.

Konstantin Sargsyan
Head of Technology
Konstantin leads GxSpeed’s engineering function, with a focus on building secure, scalable, and high-performance systems that meet the demands of regulated industries. With nearly two decades of experience across IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, and enterprise systems, he specializes in turning complex requirements into robust, production-ready solutions.
He oversees the implementation of GxSpeed’s technical platforms—optimizing data pipelines, ensuring compliance, and integrating AI components that enhance speed without compromising control. His work ensures that GxSpeed’s technology performs with consistency, precision, and reliability—at scale.
